TAXI ARNU Guides
Planning a large-capacity taxi: passengers, luggage and pickups
Group journeys require early clarification of seating, luggage and meeting points.
For group travel, passenger count is only one factor. Luggage, child seats, multiple pickup points and comfort requirements influence which vehicle is suitable.
Provide the final passenger count
Include children and state whether child seats are needed. Early booking is particularly important for larger groups.
Do not underestimate luggage
A vehicle with many seats does not automatically have unlimited luggage space. List suitcases, walking aids, pushchairs and sports equipment.
Combine pickup points where possible
A central meeting point simplifies planning. If several stops are needed, provide the addresses and preferred order.
Quick checklist
- Total passenger count
- Children and required seats
- Type and quantity of luggage
- One or several pickup points
